A graduate of Brenham High School and Blinn College, Carl received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.  He also obtained two professional designations as Certified Insurance /Counselor (CIC) and Professional Farm Mutual Manager (PFMM). He began his career in insurance in May of 1990 as property adjuster for Germania remaining there for 23 years serving in many different roles, the last of which was Director of Agency Operations.

Carl purchased Spiess Insurance in January of 2014 and is working with its staff to provide exceptional customer service while growing and expanding its operation.  The agency name changed to Dahmann & Associates, LLC in January of 2017 to coincide with the move to the new office location.

In his spare time, Carl enjoys cattle ranching, gardening, sports and spending time with his grandchildren.

A graduate of Round Top – Carmine High School and Blinn College.  She began her insurance career with Spiess Insurance Agency in September 1981.  Myra has had her agents license for many years.  She currently serves Dahmann & Associates in the capacity of office manager and bookkeeper.  She and her husband, Larry are members of St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Brenham.  Myra’s hobbies include spending time with family and friends, reading, listening to “oldies music” and traveling.

A graduate of Burton High School and now lives in Brenham.  She began her career in insurance in September 1986 at Germania.  In 1993 she moved to the Spiess Insurance Agency and acquired her Agents license.  She is happy to now be a part of Dahmann & Associates LLC where she is the receptionist and an Agent.  Brenda is a member of St. John’s UCC in Burton.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends and shopping.

Has over 40 years of experience in the insurance field.  She is a licensed agent in Property, Casualty, Commercial and Life Insurance.   She enjoys helping her customers with all their insurance needs.  Donna joined the Dahmann & Associates agency in 2001.  She is a BOI of Galveston where she raised her three sons.  Donna is active in the Texas Longhorn Association where she volunteers each year for the Art show.  She enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren while showing their cattle, soccer and band.  Donna and her husband, Glenn, enjoy taking cruises and frequent trips to their camp house near Galveston.  Donna and Glenn are members of the Cowboy Church of Brenham.

Joined Dahmann and Associates in 2015.  She has over 25 years of experience in the insurance field.  Dorothy has been a licensed insurance agent since 2017.  She enjoys helping her customers with all their personal insurance needs.  Dorothy and her husband, Douglas, reside in Brenham and are members of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Wiedeville.  She enjoys spending time with her family and working in her yard.

Has been with Dahmann & Associates for 5 years serving as Agent/Customer Service representative for a portion of our Personal Lines of business.  Prior to joining the agency, Debbie worked at Germania’s corporate office in the Claims Department as an Assignment Coordinator, Adjuster, and Claims Specialist for 33 years.  She and her husband, Gary, live in Brenham, and are members of Salem Lutheran Church.  Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, and friends, traveling and camping.

Has been a licensed insurance agent for over 30 years.  She enjoys helping her customers with all their personal and commercial insurance needs.  Having had her own business with Aflac Insurance for the last 7 years, Karen relocated to the Brenham area and joined Dahmann & Associates in 2018.  She is an active member of Lakewood Church in Houston and enjoys being a volunteer with the Host and Women’s Ministries.  Karen also enjoys spending time with family and friends. 

Was born and raised in Brenham.  She graduated from Brenham High School, Blinn College, and Sam Houston State University with a BBA.  Judy is retired from the Brenham State Supported Living Center after 30 years of employment in the Accounting Office.  She joined the staff of Dahmann & Associates in March 2018.  She enjoys assisting at the agency with various assignments.  Judy is a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church of Prairie Hill.  She enjoys spending time with all her family especially her grandchildren.
